蒜(Garlic)


亦名大蒜。底下鳞莖味道辣,有刺激性气味,稱為“蒜頭”,可作调味料,亦可入药。蒜葉稱為青蒜或蒜苗,花薹稱为蒜薹,均可作蔬菜食用。
